Racecourse Features and Location

Brighton Racecourse is left-handed,  horseshoe-shaped and markedly undulating. It is one mile four furlongs in length and is one of the fastest tracks in the country for sprint races.

The Racecourse is just a two-minute car journey from the city centre, which is packed with great shops, cool bars, fantastic restaurants and other seaside attractions, including the Brighton Pavilion.  The city also hosts a number of large-scale public events including England's leading arts festival - the Brighton Festival, the Brighton and Hove Food and Drink Festival and the Paramount Comedy Brighton Festival.

One of the most intimate racecourses in the country - the horses and riders finish races little more than touching distance away from the crowd - Brighton is a great place to experience the excitement of racing.

It is well sign-posted from the A23, the main road between London and Brighton, and is just a 50-minute train journey from London Victoria. Direct train services also run from London Bridge and Kings Cross.

There is a courtesy bus service from Brighton railway station to the course on racedays, commencing two hours before the first race.

Race Sponsorship

Race sponsorship is available from £1,000 + VAT.

- Making the most of on-course branding opportunities (temporary and/or permanent)
- Taking an advert in the race programme
- Bringing a trade stand to showcase your products and services
- Having a tipster visit you in your suite to give you the lowdown on the day's runners and riders
