Racecourse Features and Location
Newmarket is unique in providing not one but two complete and distinct racecourses in a town dominated by the racing industry.
From London it is just 60 miles via the M11, exit junction 9 for the A11, leaving it at Six Mile Bottom following signs for Newmarket. The A14 links Felixstowe with the M1 and M6, and the A1 assists both Northbound and Southbound racegoers.
The Rowley Mile, situated on the fringes of the town hosts racing of the highest calibre, including two of the five Classic Races in the UK, the 1000 and 2000 Guineas in May, and one of the UK’s richest race days, Champions’ Day in October.
The July Racecourse resides alongside The National Stud on the western approach to the town. It is a course that delights visitors with its timeless charm and garden party atmosphere and plays host to the illustrious July Meeting and the now-famous evening meetings which feature live bands performing after Friday evening racing including the likes of Jools Holland, Madness and Westlife.

In addition, the racecourse can offer controlled access to its database of over 70,000 Mosiac profiled customers.

Testimonials
Natwest - "Natwest has been a client of Newmarket for a number of years and has always found them supportive and flexible. Their positive attitude, approach and professionalism have enabled us to maximize the potential from all of the events we have held with them. Our sponsorship of the Rowley Mile, Course of Champions, fits well with our aims in championing the way forward in banking, customer focus and entrepreneurial thinking, whilst forging a team-oriented and performance-driven environment" Mark Andrews - Reiongal Managing Director, Commercial Banking East Anglia & NHC
Woodford Reserve - "Having been involved with the Kentucky Derby, America's biggest race of the calendar and working personally with Churchill Downs' Racecourse as their official Bourbon for the Derby weekend for the last seven years, I can compare the levels of professionalism and service of Newmarket's commercial team to that of Churchill Downs'.
There was nothing too big or small that the team could do to further our brand's cause on the day. We have now held two extremely successful days with sponsored races at both the July Course and NatWest Rowley Mile and I will be booking more with Newmarket for next season's racing. I would have no hesitation in recommending this activity and using the Newmarket team to our other brands and partner companies." Mark Jordan - Brand Manager UK, Eire & South Africa, Woodford Reserve Kentucky Bourbon
