Racecourse Features and Location

Nottingham racecourse is proud to continue the long tradition of horseracing in Nottingham with racing at Colwick Park since 1892.  Set within the 280 acres of Colwick Park the racecourse offers flexible facilities for 2-300 guests and there is ample free parking.

Nottingham Racecourse offers all the thrills of a day at the races - colour, excitement, joy, atmosphere, passion, drama - it's all in a day's racing.  The racecourse continues to attract large fields with its strong tradition of spring and autumn maiden races attracting high quality horses and competitive handicaps.

Nottingham Racecourse is situated just 2 miles from the city centre and is easily accessible by road - M1, A1, A52, A46.  Nottingham Midland Railway Station is only 2 miles from the course and is situated next to a taxi rank.  East Midlands and Tollerton Airports are both close to the course.

Race Sponsorship
