The Showcase Presentations

The RCA was pleased to welcome Racecourses to Epsom Downs Racecourse prior to the 2011 Showcase Awards Dinner. The day was spent enjoying a number of presentations from guest speakers on a wide range of subjects including social media, upselling the raceday and looking beyond the racetrack to entertain and inform racegoers.  These presentations can be found below.
