Only two-year-old horses are allowed to compete in the Doncaster Stakes, a Listed flat horse event in Great Britain.

The Doncaster Stakes takes place on Saturday 28th October 2023.

It is set to take place every year in October at Doncaster over a distance of 6 furlongs and 2 yards (1,209 metres). It was run over 5 furlongs prior to 1993.

Moorestyle, ridden by Lester Piggott, was a famous early victor in 1979 and went on to win Horse of the Year in 1980.
