The day three Cheltenham feature Championship races are the Grade 1 Stayers’ Hurdle and the Grade 1 Ryanair Chase.

Also on this day of the Cheltenham Races, the British vs Irish Prestbury Cup could be settled if one of the teams secures the 15th win at the Festival. The Irish would love nothing more than to get this win on St Patrick’s Day!

The Jack Richards Novices’ Limited Handicap Chase is a Grade Three National Hunt hurdle race held in the UK for horses aged five and up. It is run over a distance of 3 miles on the New Course at Cheltenham, and there are 12 hurdles to jump during the race.

The Pertemps Network Final Handicap Hurdle is a prominent race held on the third day of the Cheltenham Festival.

The third race on the third day of the Cheltenham Festival at 3:20 pm is the Ryanair Chase, which is a Grade 1 National Hunt steeplechase.

The race has really grown in stature over the years and is now seen as a top mid-distance chase race.

It often sees high-class horses who fall between the distances of the Champion Chase and the Gold Cup compete. Quality is normally high.
