Towton Novices’ Chase

Horses five years old or older may compete in the Towton Novices’ Chase, a Grade 2 National Hunt steeplechase in Great Britain.

There are 19 fences to jump during the race, which is run at Wetherby over a distance of around 3 miles (3 miles and 45 yards, or 4,869 metres).

The novice chasers’ race is slated to take place in late January or early February each year.
