The famous Royal Ascot Festival has returned, and we’ve put together a list of our top tips for Day 2 of the Royal meeting.

Our finest tipsters have examined all of the races and selected their favourites.

Check out these Royal Ascot Day 2 Tips:

Queen Mary Stakes Betting Tips

The Queen Mary Stakes is a two-year-old filly-only Group 2 flat horse event.

It is scheduled to take place on Day 2 of the Royal Ascot Festival over a distance of 5 furlongs.

Dramatised could not have been more impressive when storming clear of his rivals at Newmarket. That form has been franked on numerous occasions and with more improvement likely he could be hard to beat.

Queen’s Vase Betting Tips

The Queen’s Vase is a Group 2 flat horse event held for three-year-olds.

It is held on the second day of the Ascot Festival over a distance of 1 mile 6 furlongs and 34 yards.

Roger Varian has been quietly confident about a few horses in the build up to Royal Ascot and Eldar Eldarov is one who falls into that category. 2 wins from 2 starts to date and positive noises coming from the yard he’s taken to overcome a very competitive looking field.

Prince of Wales’s Stakes Betting Tips

The Prince of Wales’s Stakes is a Group 1 flat horse event for horses aged four and over.

It takes place on Day 2 of the Royal Ascot Festival over a distance of 1 mile 1 furlong and 212 yards.

Bay Bridge looked a horse going places when routing his rivals in the Brigadier at Sandown. This does represent a step up in class but the manor of his victory suggests he’ll be ready to do so.

Duke of Cambridge Stakes Betting Tips

The Duke of Cambridge Stakes is a Group 2 flat horse event for four-year-old fillies and mares.

It is a one-mile race held on the second day of the Ascot Festival.

A chance is taken on the inconsistent Mother Earth. She brings some top class form to the table. Its interesting to see the O’Brien team has opted for 1st time cheekpeices in a bid to help land the spoils.

Royal Hunt Cup Betting Tips

The Royal Hunt Cup is a one-mile race held during the Royal Ascot Festival.

It is a flat handicap horse race for horses aged three and higher.

A very competitive handicap with many bookies paying extra places. With that in mind I’m happy to look for some value and it’s the Irish trained Bopedro that stands out at a huge price. He’s dropping to a very competitive handicap mark and loves competing in these big fields.

Windsor Castle Stakes Betting Tips

The Windsor Castle Stakes is a Listed flat horse event for horses under the age of two.

It is a five-furlong race held at Ascot in June as part of the Royal Ascot festival.

Mehmar has yet to win a race but has bumped into to some decent types in defeat. Stepping into calmer waters he could suprise at an attractive price.

The Kensington Palace Stakes Tips

The Kensington Palace Stakes is a new race at Royal Ascot.

Hughie Morrison has requested the services of Tom Marquand to ride Rosemary and Thyme and although recent form figures are not very inspiring he looks to have been laid out with this in mind. Competing mainly in group and stakes company it’s interesting to see the drop back into handicap company with what could be a shrewd move.
