The Richmond Stakes is a Group 2 flat race for two-year-old colts and geldings in Great Britain. It is held at Goodwood over a distance of 6 furlongs and is normally held in late July or early August each year.

The Richmond Stakes is named after the Duke Of Richmond and the race was established in 1877, in the early years of this race it was open to both male and female horses.

This race is held on day three of the 5-day Glorious Goodwood Festival at 14:25 on Thursday the 4th of August.
